Send a Bereavement Meal When Needed in a Hurry
When my Dad died, all I wanted to do was throw my arms around
Mom but she was 1700 miles away and I have family and a job --
it would be a day or two before I could get there. So I turned
to the internet looking for a way to send comfort. I thought:
FOOD! If I can't be there to do things for her, I can at least
send some good
food for everyone until I can get there. So, so,
so glad I found you and just in the nick of time. Mom was so
pleased and everyone raved about the good taste.

Send a Meal to Celebrate
Our first grandchild arrive three days after I had hip surgery,
so I couldn't be there for the home-coming or to go and help
with the first week of settling in - but I did find a way to
make my things easier for my daughter and her family. We
sent a meal that was ready to pop in the oven and bring everyone joy!
If Grandma can't be there to cook, we recommend any of these
meals.

Send a Meal to a Shut In
My mom had polio when she was a kid and throughtout her life
she has dealt with disabilities and never complained. But now
she is in her 80's and she fell and broke her leg. Thank God
she had life alert so that the ambulance came quickly. Now she
has a hard time getting around and can't cook for herself. Sending
a meal to her is a Godsend and she can stay in her home
rather than have to go to a care home. What a great way to send
a meal now!
